What does a service include?
- Cleaning the burner and the combustion chamber
- Checking and cleaning the heat exchanger
- Checking for gas and water leaks
- Checking the system pressure and the expansion vessel, and adjusting them if needed
- Testing the fan, the flue connection and the safety parts
- Finally, the boiler is switched on and heating and hot water are tested one by one
When should it be done?

- It has been a year since the last service
- The boiler is burning more gas than last winter
- Hot water takes a long time to come, or its temperature keeps changing
- The boiler is making a noise it didn't make before
Inside a boiler that has missed its services
In the video you can see dirt, rust and soot built up on the floor of the combustion chamber and around the burner. This build-up lowers the boiler's efficiency, increases gas use and leads to faults over time.

A standard combi boiler service takes about 45–60 minutes.
Can I find out the price of the service in advance?
Yes. We give you a clear price for the service in advance.
What happens if a part needs replacing during the service?
If we see a part that needs replacing, we first show it to you and tell you the price. We don't replace it without your approval, and we show you the old part that was removed.
