If your radiators are hot at the top but cold at the bottom, some rooms don't warm up, or the house takes a long time to heat, sludge and deposits may have built up in the system. We clean radiators with a machine and check the system.

Do you need radiator cleaning?

How is it done?
- A cleaning machine is connected to the heating system.
- The sludge and deposits in the radiators are flushed out together with the water in the system.
- The system is refilled with clean water, bled, and the pressure is set.
- The boiler is switched on and each radiator is checked.

When is radiator cleaning needed?
If the bottom of the radiators stays cold, some radiators don't heat up at all, or the house heats up slowly even though the boiler runs for a long time, sludge and deposits may have built up in the system.
If only the top of a radiator is cold, does it need cleaning?

Can I find out the price in advance?

What should I do if the pressure drops after bleeding the radiators?
It is normal for the pressure to drop a little as the radiators are bled. If the gauge goes below 1 bar, add water. We explain how in our boiler pressure article.
