Cookies and information stored in your browser

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your dark or light mode preference is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us. So that your appointment summary can be shown on the thank-you page after you book, this summary is kept temporarily in your browser and is deleted when you close the tab.

Map and external services

The service area map is our website's own file; no external service such as Google Maps is loaded on the page. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Our address is not published on the website; we provide our service by coming to your home.

Visit counts

We only keep totals of how many times each page is opened and how many times the call or WhatsApp buttons are pressed. These numbers contain no IP address, device information or anything else that identifies you.

Booking form

When you book an appointment, your name, phone number, district and neighbourhood, the day and time you chose, the service and any note you write are stored. We use this information only to arrange your appointment and to provide the service; we do not sell it to anyone or use it for marketing. Booking records are deleted automatically after one year. By ticking the consent box on the form, you allow this use. Details of a new booking are sent to us by email and through a WhatsApp notification service. If you also send the details on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy rules apply to that message.

Review form

When you write a review, your name, optionally your neighbourhood and the service you had, your rating and your review are stored. After our approval, the review is published on the site together with your name; we ask for your explicit consent for this with the consent box on the form. Your IP address and email address are not stored. You can ask for your review to be removed at any time.

Phone and WhatsApp conversations

We use the name, address and boiler details you share when you call or write to us only to provide you with our service. İlhan Dereli speaks Turkish, so he may use a translation app to read and answer messages written in English.

Hosting

Our website runs on the Natro hosting service. The hosting company may keep server logs for security purposes.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. You can send your requests to ilhan@dereliteknik.com or to +90 535 255 88 00.
